Well the Mac-Mini has just arrived...now what to do with it?

So my little baby Mac arrived today, unfortunately this now means I have 6 machines, a single 4 port KVM (which the Mac seems to dislike a huge amount), a single monitor and not much space (well none verging on bugger all if truth be told). It really is a very neat little machine, I've tried it both at work and at home, connecting them with some pretty odd monitor / USB Keyboards and mice it's rock solid, seems to need no drivers for Monitors or Mice & Keyboards (even the scroll wheel works!); can't get any PS2 stuff to work though, even with a PS2 -> USB adaptor, must look into that!
Anyway as I say, useless and pretty (as all today's youth aspire to be :-)) - I'm downloading Mono and Monodevelop so I'll try those out tomorrow...

Useless you say? Good god, man! ;)
Send it over here, I want one, actually several, as I have many uses for them! That'll teach me to buy a powerbook just when the new, cute kit comes out... argh!

Scott,
What platform are you planning on installing Mono and Monodevelop on? I think Mono on Mac is getting reasonably mature now, but Monodevelop is still a very alpha product even on Linux.

Cheers,
James

Hi James, yup discovered that over the weekend - there's a fair few steps required to install MonDevelop on OSX... Shame really, it would've been nice! Any ideas on alternatives (if any!)

Oh, and neil, sorry I meant 'useless and pretty ' to me! Problem is that I now have 4PCs and one Mac - I will eventually puit it to use, just have to track down some useful software and get my setup right; ordered a USB KVM which arrives tomorrow - which will allow better integration in my system. So there's a question - what can I do with my mini-Mac (keep it clean :-))

Sorry Scott, I can't offer you any suggestions for a decent .NET development environment for your Mac right now. I don't have a Mac at the moment so I haven't looked into it for quite a while, but perhaps there's a C# plugin for xcode?
